Schaumburg Prairie Arts Festival May 23-24

Schaumburg's 28th annual Prairie Arts Festival Fine Art & Fine Craft Exhibition and Sale will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, May 23, and Sunday, May 24, outdoors on the grounds of the village's Robert O. Atcher Municipal Grounds, 101 Schaumburg Court.

Attendees will be able to browse and buy works from 120 artists in a variety of media, including drawing, fiber art, glass, graphics, jewelry, mixed media, painting, photography, pottery and sculpture.

Great eats abound with food trucks serving pizza, tacos, sandwiches, rice bowls, sliders and more.

Live music will be performed on three stages throughout the festival grounds. Young Picassos can create their own masterpieces at the Children's Activity Tent.
