Wauconda bench auction delayed

A planned auction of the painted benches that had decorated downtown Wauconda this summer was postponed Thursday because of poor weather. The Art on Main auction now will be at 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 1, on Main Street in the downtown area. Proceeds will benefit local beautification projects.
