Island Lake to discuss Waste Management garbage contract Thursday

The Island Lake village board meets Thursday to discuss appointing resident Ted Funn to the liquor commission, among other issues.

The village's garbage collection contract with Waste Management is on the agenda, too, along with various purchases and repairs.

The meeting is set for 7:30 p.m. at village hall, 3720 Greenleaf Ave.
