Visit Huntley, Woodstock flu clinics Oct. 28

On Wednesday, Oct. 28, Transitions Home Medical Group will sponsor a flu shot clinic for the community at both Family Alliance Inc. locations from 9 to 11:30 a.m. at 12555 Farm Hill Drive, Suite 800, Huntley and from 2 to 4:30 p.m. at 2028 N. Seminary Ave., Woodstock.

Flu shots are available, first come, first served, while supplies last. If you are interested in taking advantage of this clinic, you are encouraged to visit the Family Alliance website at familyallianceinc.org to preregister, or call Marilyn at (815) 582-0306.

As a service, Transitions Home Medical Group will handle billing Medicare, private insurance, or customers may opt to pay a nominal fee of $25 per flu shot, cash or credit card only. For insurance or Medicare billing, bring your insurance card and a picture I.D.
