Richard Walker's Pancake House in Schaumburg expanding

The popular, 25-year-old Richard Walker's Pancake House in Schaumburg's Remington Plaza Shopping Center will expand this spring into an adjacent, vacant space to add more seating.

The addition of the neighboring 1,400-square-foot space will bring the total size of the restaurant at 1300 N. Roselle Road to 5,510 square feet.

The restaurant will maintain its current hours of operation from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. daily. The expansion is expected to be completed in mid-June, Schaumburg Economic Development Manager Matt Frank said.
