Public Invited to Schaumburg's Engineering & Public Works Open House on May 16

The Village of Schaumburg invites the public to attend its Engineering & Public Works Open House that will be held on Saturday, May 16.

The event will take place from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at Engineering & Public Works, 714 S. Plum Grove Road, Schaumburg. The event is free and open to all ages.

Participants will be offered a unique experience that allows residents and children to get a behind-the-scenes look at what skills, tools and equipment are required to maintain the village's infrastructure. The event will include touch-a-truck, equipment displays, informational booths, demonstrations, free giveaways, snacks and more.
