And executive pay increases are OK?

All we hear and read about the minimum wage issue is that if it is increased business as we know it will come to an end. The lost of jobs, higher cost to consumers, companies moving overseas and probably the end of the world. However, there's not even a peep when executives of these same companies get millions of dollars in wages and bonuses. Why is that? It sure would be interesting to get answer from this paper and fellow letter writers why the minimum wage increase is bad but executive pay increases and bonuses are not.
