Believe Project: $100 for a man who can't work because of his heart

Today's winner of a $100 bill through the Believe Project is Raymond Charlette of Crystal Lake.

Here is an excerpt of his suggestion:

"I believe the $100 will be very welcome to a man who is disabled because of a bad heart. Doctors say he can never work again, not even part time. He has a teenage daughter who lives with him, and she works two jobs so she can go to school."
