Blackhawks lose 3-2, Lightning take series lead
Tampa Bay won Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Final when Cedric Paquette scored a late third-period goal to give the Lightning a 3-2 victory at the United Center on Monday night.
Tampa Bay now leads the series 2-1.
Game 4 is at the United Center on Wednesday at 7 p.m.
Brandon Saad and Brad Richards scored for the Blackhawks.
Saad took a pass from Marian Hossa and gave the Hawks a 2-1 lead 4:14 into the third period. It was Saad's seventh goal of the postseason, a career high for him in the postseason.
With the United Center still rocking, Tampa Bay took the center-ice faceoff, stormed down ice and tied the game at 2-2 just 13 seconds after Saad's goal when Ondrej Palat knocked a rebound past Crawford.
