Walk in Wauconda:

The Wauconda Cemetery, the Andrew C. Cook House and the Federated Church of Wauconda are a few of the stops planned for the Wauconda Historical Walk on Sunday, June 8. Self-guided walks starting at the Wauconda Area Library, 801 N. Main St., will be encouraged between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Tickets are $15 for adults or $10 for seniors or students. Anyone 10 or younger can participate for free. Tickets are on sale at Bliss Wine & Gifts or at the library on June 8. Call (847) 526-7133 for more details.
