Trains need better fare enforcement

As I ride the Metra train to the city on a big sport/event day I see why Metra is short of cash. They let people ride for free!

This has happened on every time I have gone to the city. I would suggest Mr. Orseno, CEO of Metra jump on a train in Fox Lake and observe how many people don't pay a fair as you get close to the city.

Possibly if you collected all the fairs due, you could reduce what you charge instead of planning your next rate hike.
