Wauconda to talk supermarket site

A consultant will talk to the Wauconda village board's economic development committee Tuesday about options for a long-vacant supermarket building at 600 W. Liberty St.

The 72,385-square-foot building once held a Dominick's Finer Foods. DK Mallon, an Elmhurst company, has been studying options for the site. The meeting is set for 5 p.m. at village hall, 101 N. Main St.
