Unions should step up for nurses

The Ebola crises exposes the shameful environment nurses have to work in. They cannot complain about the "management" companies that manage with threats of dismissal or forced early retirement if a nurse dares to complain. Shame on the hospitals that allow this. Shame on the unions who try to organize nurses; they must try harder - from the bottom up, not from the top down.
