Boycott Chicago to protest airport noise

I live in Sleepy Hollow. I moved here 27 years ago from Franklin Park, Illinois. Being near the airport in Franklin Park, I heard airplanes every two minutes. I moved to Sleepy Hollow and heard none for 27 years.

We all know what we have suddenly now. My solution? All the suburbs must ban together to stop the noise. From 4 a.m. to noon, Oct. 6, I heard a plane every two minutes. I believe a ban by the suburbanites on city of Chicago would put pressure on them to do something about it. This includes avoiding the city restaurants, plays, gas stations, parking, sporting events, concerts, services, etc.

I realize you can't stop it all, but the suburbs has all of the above for your use. The revenue the city will lose will possibly change how they look at what they have done. It would be a massive effort but I think it would be effective.
