Thursday, Nov. 5 - 1 to 5 p.m. at the Prairie Center for the Arts, 201 E. Schaumburg Rd.
Monday, Nov. 16 - 1 to 4 p.m. at the Nursing Division, 521 E. Schaumburg Rd.
The face-to-face, noninvasive screening takes about 40 minutes and consists of a series of questions and tasks. It is administered by one of the registered nurses at the Village of Schaumburg and the results are confidential.
