CCU Names New Director of Web & Mobile and New VISA Manager
Waukegan, IL, July 7, 2015: Consumers Credit Union (CCU; $680 Million, Waukegan, IL) recently named Jennifer Wenckowski as its new VISA Manager, along with the promotion of Daniel Kristiansen as Director of Web and Mobile. Both Kristiansen and Wenckowski will report to Bonny Thomas, CCU's VP of Payments at the Member-owned credit union.
Jennifer Wenckowski began her career at CCU in October 2006 as a Counter Service Representative at the credit union's Round Lake Beach location. Rising quickly through the ranks, she served as both Counter Service Supervisor, then Counter Service Manager at the Gurnee Service Center. She was promoted to Member Experience Manager at Round Lake Beach in 2013. As Visa Manager, Jennifer will be responsible for managing the credit and debit card portfolios, evaluating and recommending new card services programs, as well as supervising VISA Department staff.
Daniel Kristiansen joined the CCU team in January 2012 as a Solutions Architect in the Technology Department. Dan distinguished himself based on his contributions to the reengineering of the new accounts enrollment process, for Members joining in the Service Centers and by phone. Dan has earned multiple certifications, including those for web development and interactive intelligence. As Director of Web and Mobile, he is responsible for the credit union's Online and Mobile Banking platforms, as well as developing and implementing new solutions for these delivery channels.
