Has Obama fired anyone for snafus?

Before the Democrats and others hang Governor Christie, remember that there is a person in Washington who claims not to have known about NSA spying, Benghazi, that the health are website was not ready or that you could lose your insurance and doctors.

At least the governor fired the people responsible. Has anybody in Washington been fired?
