Fremd cruises past Schaumburg

Led by Riley Glassman (10 points), Ben Carlson (9) and Tom Cordell (9), Fremd’s boys basketball team improved to 16-0 overall and 6-0 in the Mid-Suburban West with a 37-23 victory over visiting Schaumburg.

Ÿ Maine West’s scheduled Central Suburban North game against Glenbrook North was postponed due a water main break near the school.

Ÿ Leyden suffered a 64-32 loss to Downers Grove South in West Suburban Gold play.
