CL South d. Huntley: Carly Nolan had 9 kills and 13 digs and Cassy Sivesind dished out 22 assists as Crystal Lake South secured a share of the Fox Valley Conference Valley Division championship with a 25-20, 25-18 win over Huntley. Abby Marchewka added 6 kills and 8 digs for the Gators (25-5, 9-1). Alyson Dion had 9 kills and Erin Erb added 6 for Huntley. Haley Arnieri had 18 digs and Kelsey DeWulf added 18 digs for the Red Raiders (17-11, 4-5).
South Elgin d. Larkin: Katie Innis had 3 kills, 8 digs and 3 blocks and Renee Rush added 6 assists and 4 kills to lead the Storm (15-11-1) to a 25-11, 25-18 Upstate Eight crossover win. Amelia Gill and Danielle Newquist each had 4 kills for Larkin (10-24) and April McGhee added 9 digs.
Burlington Central d. Johnsburg: Lauren Wiltsie had 10 kills, with Makenzie Whitmer dishing out 13 assists and Maddy Barry 12 to lead the Rockets (23-5, 12-0) to a 25-18, 25-16 Big Northern East win. Alexis VanHiel (3 kills, 2 blocks) and Aly DeTamble (3 kills, 2 aces) also contributed for BC.
Grayslake Central d. Hampshire: Lauren Poremba had 3 kills and Brittany Laffin 9 assists for Hampshire in a 25-22, 25-14 FVC Fox loss.
Harvest Christian d. Aurora Christian: Mikayla Robinson had 9 kills and 4 blocks and Allie Frantz 5 kills to lead Harvest to a 25-22, 25-18 nonconference win. Amanda Cassidy (4 kills, 6 blocks) and Hannah Murray (15 assists, 7 digs) also contributed for the Lions (17-11).
