Metra train collides with car near Hinsdale

A Metra train collided with a car Monday near Hinsdale, causing more delays on the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Line, according to the Chicago Tribune.

The accident occurred around 7:35 a.m.

Outbound trains are operating 30 to 70 minutes behind schedule, the Metra website is reporting.
