TMA Hosts Boys & Girls Club Manufacturing Program Breakfast
Who: The Boys & Girls Club of Dundee Township; former President and Executive Director for Advancement of Science in Space, former United States Air Force pilot in Operation Desert Storm, and former NASA Astronaut Ret. Col Gregory H. Johnson, USAF; TMA leadership; and TMA member companies.
What: A breakfast hosted by the Technology & Manufacturing Association (TMA) to commemorate The Boys & Girls Club of Dundee Township's new Technology & BuildTech Lab for high school students. The opening of the Technology & BuildTech Lab will drive interest to careers in advanced manufacturing for the next generation of skilled workers. During this breakfast, TMA and The Boys & Girls Club of Dundee Township will be discussing potential opportunities for collaboration with TMA member companies to develop an impactful program and partnership. Ret. Col Gregory H. Johnson will speak on the importance of encouraging the next generation of skilled workers involved in careers of science, technology, and manufacturing.
