Video game seminar today

Harper College will host a game development seminar at 7 p.m. today at the Harper Professional Center, 650 E. Higgins Road, Suite 9S, Schaumburg.

Game companies are eager to hire people to develop products for next-generation consoles -- but only those with drive, passion, creativity and skill.

The following topics will be covered:

• Xbox 360 Development

• Character Modeling using 3D Studio Max

• The Game Developer Certificate Program

• Beginning and Advanced Game Development Courses

• Game Development Programming Languages

• Industry Trends and Technologies
