School & home soundproofing -- More than $200 million in federal aviation funds for schools and homes affected by O'Hare noise

Deep tunnel -- More than $300 million for flood control tunnels and reservoirs in the Des Plaines River watershed

DuPage flood control/Salt Creek -- More than $50 million for various flood control retention ponds on Salt Creek and tributaries

Marklund Children's Home -- More than $8 million

Recent transportation projects -- $11.4 million for Irving Park Road realignment; $1.7 million for pedestrian tunnel in Winfield; $400,000 for DuPage River Greenway Trail; $300,000 for Illinois Prairie Path Bridge in Glen Ellyn
