Arlington Heights

•Burglars smashed a driver's-side window and stole a GPS unit between 3 and 7:30 p.m. Aug. 20 out of a 2003 Nissan Murano parked in a business lot at 95 W. Algonquin Road, police said. Value of the GPS was estimated at $900; a damage estimate was not available.

•Burglars stole a men's new red mountain bike between 10 p.m. Aug. 20 and 7 a.m. Aug. 21 out of an open garage on the 700 block of East Bradford, police said. Value was estimated at $326.

•Burglars smashed the front passenger's-side window and stole a GPS unit and an MP3 player between 9:45 and 10:03 a.m. Aug. 19 out of a 2006 Jeep Cherokee parked in a hotel lot at 3400 W. Euclid Ave., police said. Value and damage were estimated at $1,048.

Rolling Meadows

•Pedro Juandadios, 41, of 4817 Weber Drive was arrested at 8:45 p.m. Aug. 21 at 2202 Algonquin Road and charged with one count of disorderly conduct after police said Juandadios threatened to kill someone while showing a toy/look-alike pistol stuck in his waistband, police said. He has court on Sept. 6.

•Perdita Valerio, 28, of 360 Leah Lane, Unit 02G, Woodstock, was arrested at 12:24 a.m. Aug. 11 on the 4700 block of Arbor Drive and charged with DUI, resisting arrest, battery, speeding, failure to signal when required, operating a loud stereo, driver's view obstructed and no proof of insurance, a police report said. She has court Aug. 29.
