Too little, too late to demand resignation

It is indeed refreshing seeing politicians looking to do the right thing by demanding our tainted governor resign. Just two questions. Where were all these apostles of righteousness when the legislature voted down the legislation that would have put a recall proposition on the November ballet? And why isn't the media asking this question?
