Mount Prospect hosting open house on bike study
Mount Prospect will host a community open house from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 21, to discuss an arterial bike network study.
The village has installed 28 miles of on-street bike routes since adopting a Bicycle Plan in 2012, and the public works department is now entering the project’s next phase and seeking public input.
The open house will take place at the community center at village hall, 50 S. Emerson St. Residents are invited to stop by and share their ideas of where they would like to see bicycle network connections and improvements throughout the village.
