Joe McCarthy is back! A Republican Congresswoman from Minnesota wants to investigate Congress (but only the liberals) and see which ones are anti-American but she has already declared that Obama is anti-American! Sen. Mel Martinez of Florida calls Obama communistic!
Palin thinks that the vice president is in charge of the Senate! Only McCain supporters in Virginia are real Americans! Only certain areas of the United States are pro-American!
McCain claims that Obama is a socialist (with all that implies)!
Limbaugh claims that Powell's endorsement of Obama was only because they are both black!
If I had not heard these bits of idiocy with my own ears I would have thought they were the imaginings of a leftist looney. But no these were the actual ramblings of loosely connected brain cells of the radical right. Joe McCarthy is alive and well in a multiple reincarnations. I know it's him because it's the same brand of ignorance that he used to spew with such delight.
