Quilt class in Algonquin

Due to popular demand, "The Patchwork Quilt: A Musical Adventure" is being reopened for one more weekend in Algonquin. This portrayal of the evolution of music through the decades proved to be a standing ovation presentation in August and promises again be an unforgettable experience for the whole family.

The production will be offered this time as a "Dessert Theatre" at 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 25 and 26 at St. John's Lutheran Church, 300 Jefferson St., downtown Algonquin.

St. John's wait staff will be serving up ice cream, coffee, tea, with some sass on the side. Advance tickets are $10 for adults; $3 for children ages 4-12; and free for children at 3 and younger. For ticket information, call Tim at (847) 767-3705 or Valerie at (847) 778-2167.
