• Burglars stole a GPS unit and video-game player Oct. 1 out of an unlocked vehicle on Geneva Lane, police said. Value was estimated at $600.

• Burglars stole a wallet and MP3 player around 5 p.m. Oct. 1 out of an unlocked car parked in a garage on Rose Court, police said. Value was estimated at $235.

Hanover Park

• Anthony Karling, 18, 2121 Sycamore Ave., Hanover Park, was arrested around 12:40 p.m. Oct. 5 on the 1600 block of Ontarioville Road and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, police said. A court date was not available.

• Amy S. Brown, 17, 6260 Gold Circle, Hanover Park, was arrested around 10:50 p.m. Oct. 5 at her home and charged with criminal damage to property, police said. A court date was not available.

• Juante D. Reed, 25, 410 W. Palatine Road, Palatine, was arrested around 9:45 p.m. Oct. 5 on the 1900 block of Elm and charged with criminal damage to property, police said. A court date was not available.

• Lukas C. Franzen, 17, 1609 Arlington, Hanover Park, was arrested around 4:45 p.m. Oct. 3 at Barrington Road and Walnut and charged with local ordinance possession of marijuana, police said. A court date was not available.

Streamwood

• David Joseph Vazquez, 33, 619 Hayward Ave., Streamwood, was arrested around 12:20 a.m. Oct. 5 and charged with battery and disorderly conduct after he crashed a party on his block, made advances toward females, punched a juvenile in the nose, and refused to leave, police said. His Rolling Meadows court date was set for Nov. 12.

• Burglars stole a men's wallet around noon Oct. 5 out of an unlocked car parked on the 1000 block of Sunnydale Boulevard, police said. Value was estimated at $50.
