Children's Clothing Resale: 9 a.m. to1 p.m. Sept. 6, St. Francis de Sales Church, 135 S. Buesching, Lake Zurich. Multiple Choice, a club for mothers of multiple births will sell children's clothing, toys and other children's equipment such as strollers, car seats and cribs. Admission is $1. Laundry baskets only; no bags or strollers allowed.
Historical Society Fall Festival: Noon to 5 p.m. Sept. 7, Deerfield Historic Village, Deerfield Road and Kipling Place. The 33rd annual Deerfield Area Historical Society Fall Festival. The free event will feature children's activities, live entertainment, food, historic building tours, craft demonstrations, a book and antique sale, and more.
