Best & brightest

• Kelly Maryanski, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James K. Maryanski of Mount Prospect, was named to the spring dean's list at Denison University. She is a 2006 graduate of Wheeling High School and a junior studio art major at Denison.

• Laura Marie Maryanski, daughter of Mari Lu and James Maryanski of Mount Prospect earned a bachelor of arts degree with a double major in cinema and English writing at Denison University and was named to the spring dean's list.

• Christina Jonas of Arlington Heights was awarded a Doctor of Physical in therapy at the MGH Institute of Health Professions Commencement ceremony held on May 3.

• Robert Michael Kennedy, son of William and Denise Kennedy of Arlington Heights, graduated from Boston University on May 18th with a degree in English. He is currently an artistic intern at the Writer's Theatre, Glencoe. Robert is a 2004 graduate of John Hersey High School.

• Nathan Frank, a 2004 graduate of Prospect High School and the son of Jeffrey and Elizabeth Frank, graduated in June from the University of California - Santa Cruz with a degree in Astrophysics.
