Palatine Inverness Arts Council's An Art Affair Around the Square: 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 13 and Sunday Sept. 14, Palatine and Smith roads, downtown Palatine Towne Square. Fee is $15 for residents and $20 for nonresidents. For an additional fee of $5, sellers may leave extra items to be donated to a local charitable organization. Register by Sept. 15.
