23 apply for Dist. 204 board seat

Indian Prairie Unit District 204 trustees will meet at 8 p.m. Thursday to discuss the applications received by 23 candidates to replace Bruce Glawe, who resigned from the board last month.

They will then narrow the list to a smaller number to be interviewed during the Sept. 8 district board meeting.

The unexpired four-year term is one of four that will be up for election in April.
