Pelosi's arrogance shows on oil issue
I'm appalled at Speaker Nancy Pelosi's decision to walk out on Congress without allowing a vote on offshore drilling.
I thought representatives are supposed to be public servants doing the people's business. But instead, they put politics, greed, selfishness and the wishes of lobbyist above the people of this nation.
Issues such as energy touch everyone's life and hit the business person especially hard.
With 70 percent of Americans supporting offshore drilling, it's totally arrogant and anAmerican to not allow a vote.
Pelosi must put politics aside and think of the harm she's doing to the nation and its economy.
