Man shot early Sunday in Aurora

A man was shot early Sunday morning in Aurora and is in stable condition according to police.

The incident took place about 4:45 a.m. on the 2000 block of Fox Pointe Circle.

Police say they have the shooter in custody and are still investigating but say it might have been a case of mistaken identity.
