Winfield man arrested

A 25-year-old Winfield man is out on bail after Winfield police and several area agencies arrested him Thursday for marijuana possession, authorities said. Zachary T. Muse of the 200 block of Heather Lane was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver. Authorities also charged Muse with one count of unlawful use of a weapon after discovering a weapon in his home.
