House fire in Ingleside

No one was hurt after a fire broke out Wednesday afternoon at home in Ingleside. The single-story ranch home was left uninhabitable and the cause isn't considered suspicious, said Fox Lake Department Assistant Chief Ed Lescher said. Crews arrived shortly before 3 p.m. to the house on the 3500 block of Ravine Lane in Ingleside, and firefighters spent 30 minutes at the scene putting out the fire, Lescher said. The cause of the fire remains under investigation, and the American Red Cross is assisting the homeowner with lodging arrangements, Lescher said. Fox Lake fire responded with five pieces of equipment.
