China's response to earthquake victims
We all are appalled and saddened at the enormous destruction and dreadful loss of life in the China earthquake. I was glad to see the quick response of the Chinese government to this natural disaster. Almost immediately, 50,000 troops were sent to aid the stricken. It was a quick response. I then thought of Katrina and New Orleans. I count it a blessing that George W. Bush did not have to deal with such a natural disaster as occurred in China. What would he have done or not done?
