The stigma applied to military service

Debra Barrett (Ohio) wakes up during the middle of the night to accuse a co-worker (Illinois) of wanting to kill the acting manager , citing "I'm so mad if I was down there, I'd assemble my blahblah troops and kill him."

She woke up at 3 a.m. on Feb. 9, 2005 and realized the Tom made a threat to kill Don.

This is the following statement in the letter from Siemens HR to Siemens attorney:

"Tom has a military background perceived to be in the type of unit that was involved in killing. Don Olney is concerned that Tom might actually carry out the threat."
