Maples at the Sonatas

The ease of single-story living, stylish designs and a showpiece clubhouse attract buyers to Maples at the Sonatas, a new community of 126 ranch villa townhouses in Woodstock.

Three furnished models recently opened at the Epcon community that showcases the builder's signature European country-flavored and chalet style designs. With four residences per building, each building looks like a large, single-family home from all four sides.

The clubhouse features amenities galore including a great room with fireplace, big screen TV, and game and pool tables, fitness center and bathrooms with showers, kitchen, meeting/party space and adjacent heated outdoor pool that will open this summer.

Home buyers can select from four designs with two to three bedrooms (or two bedrooms with den), two to 2½ baths and two-car garage. All floor plans feature open layouts and volume ceilings and direct entry into the kitchen from the garage/laundry area.

"Maples at the Sonatas appeals to buyers of all ages who yearn to put the lawnmower, ladder and snow blower aside in pursuit of a more carefree lifestyle," said Michelle Bendien, director of sales and marketing for Maples at the Sonatas, an Epcon community. "Everything you could want is right here waiting for you at a price that is as pleasantly surprising as our scenic location."
