Oregon uses Zebra traffic technology

VERNON HILLS -- Zebra Technologies, a provider of specialty printing and automatic identification systems, said its Zebra RW 420 mobile printers are a key component of an electronic citation system purchased and used by the Oregon Department of Transportation's Governor's Office of Highway Safety.

The Zebra printer works with APS PocketCitation software, an electronic citation system from Advanced Public Safety, which is designed to automate the process of issuing traffic tickets.
