Bob Podgorski, manager of Extension Services for Harper College, will lead a course titled "A Career Over 50-60-70," from 6:30 to 8 p.m. April 16 and 23 at the Arlington Heights Senior Center, 1801 W. Central Road. This seminar will provide insights to establishing a career over age 50, 60 or 70. Podgorski will help participants identify their skills and desires, and provide guidelines for selling oneself to an employer. Prospect celebrates 50th with 'Grease'
In commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the founding of Prospect High School, the theater department is turning back the clock to the 1950s with its spring musical production of "Grease." Performances will take place at 7:30 p.m. April 16 through 19, in Prospect's theater at 801 W. Kensington, Mount Prospect.
"Grease" is the love story of Rydell High School students Sandy and Danny, who live in a world of burger palaces, drive-ins and fast cars.

Cruise night is ready to roll
The Rolling Meadows Cruisers Car Club announces its first cruise night of the season on April 18 at the Meijer store, Golf and Algonquin roads, Rolling Meadows. Show hours are from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. The season runs Fridays through Oct. 10. There is no cruise night July 4. Admission is free.
