Wheel of Knowledge: Patrons will win an assortment of daily prizes and learn more about the vast array of online services available at www.mppl.org with the Library's "Wheel of Knowledge," through Friday, part of the library's celebration of National Library Week.

Guests who spin the wheel will be entered into a daily gift certificate drawing and have the opportunity to learn more about the Web-based service topic on which they land.

Spin the Wheel each day today through Friday: 11 a.m.-noon; 4-5 p.m.; and 6:30-7:30 p.m.

Living History: Join the "Circle of Chicago Knowledge" when performer R.J. Lindsey presents a dramatic "living history" portrayal of renowned architect Daniel H. Burnham, 7:30-9:30 p.m. today.

Discover how Burnham's vision helped transform Chicago into a great American city, a period that was brilliantly captured in Erik Larson's best-selling book, "The Devil in the White City."

When the Golden Years Turn Blue: Join Colleen Caron, older adult services coordinator for Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Hospital, for a discussion of medical and social factors that may contribute to depression and anxiety, 1:30-3:30 p.m., today. Teen Jeopardy Challenge: Modeled after the timeless game show, this interactive event, held 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, will let teens in grades 6-12 test their knowledge of teen books, pop culture, and services available on the library's Web site, www.mppl.org.
