No one was hurt Thursday when a Ford Mustang rear-ended a Harrison School District 36 bus in McHenry Township, police said. The Mustang driver, Kerisa Batdorff, 25, of Wonder Lake, was cited for failure to reduce speed resulting in an accident after the crash around 4:20 p.m. on the 4300 block of East Wonder Lake Road, the McHenry County Sheriff's Office said. According to investigators, the car ran into the bus while both were northbound and traffic slowed. District 36 representatives arrived on the scene and alerted parents of the crash, police said.
