Appreciation for work of city council

I would like to commend the Wheaton City Council for doing the hard work. Addressing the sanitary sewer and storm sewer problem in Wheaton is far from sexy. The council said it would be a priority. They created a plan to deliver. Norman Vincent Peale foretold this action when he said, "Promises are like crying babies in a theater, they should be carried out at once." Thank you, Wheaton.
