Roads too bad for driving tests

Poor road conditions prompted the Illinois secretary of state's office to cancel road tests at facilities throughout the state today, including several in the suburbs.

Road tests won't be given today at the offices in Aurora, Libertyville, Lombard, Naperville, Niles, Waukegan and Woodstock.

The offices are open for other business, however.
