Rollover accident in Streamwood sends three to hospital
An accident Wednesday night on Route 59 north of Route 20 in Streamwood has left three people in area hospitals.
One car flipped onto its roof and the vehicle had to be cut to get the driver out, fire officials said, while two others in a different car were also injured in the accident.
The driver from the first car was taken to Sherman Hospital in Elgin, while the other two victims were sent to St. Alexius Medical Center in Hoffman Estates, officials said.
Bartlett Fire Department was called to the scene for assistance.
Streamwood police provided no additional details Wednesday night.
