Talent to share? Come on over

Are you looking for a place to perform or listen to local teen talent?

The Cary Park District is seeking individuals or small groups to perform at Open Mic Night from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday at Foxford Hills Golf Club, 6800 S. Rawson Bridge Road.

Talents may include singing, playing acoustic guitar, reading poetry, performing a monologue, sharing artwork or performing improv.

The public is welcome to attend the performance.

Admission is $5 for Cary Park District residents, $8 for nonresidents. Refreshments will be available for purchase.

Those interested in performing should call Sara Kelly at (847) 639-6100, ext. 109 to sign up. Performance time will be allotted during the night for those who do not sign up in advance.
