Bill Sarto should be leading the meetings

I may have missed something here, and if so, I apologize! I read that Bill Sarto is accusing some board members of meeting in secret in a public place?

Seems the agenda of these meetings are to discuss the law regarding Illegal Immigration.

Wonder what part of law and legal Sarto doesn't understand. If Sarto were doing his job, he would embrace this type of public opinion forum.

The immigration issue is too long pushed under the rug, and it takes some spine to address it publicly.
