Z Trim launches lower fat dressing

MUNDELEIN -- Z Trim Holdings Inc. announced the retail launch of its salad dressings. The line consists of Z Trim Ranch, Z Trim Honey Dijon and Z Trim Creamy Italian via both the company's Web site and Sunset Foods grocery stores. The dressings contain between 40 percent and 80 percent reduced fat.
